Where are you originally from and where else have you lived?
I was born in the USA and I have lived in England and Hong Kong.
What languages can you speak?
English and a pinch of Spanish.
What is your educational background?
Undergraduate Degree: Morehouse College MBA: The Darden School
How long have you been with Cargill, and what did you do prior to joining the company?
I've worked for Cargill almost three years. Prior to Cargill, I worked in the financial services industry for Bank of America, Jardine Fleming, and Merrill Lynch.
Where was your Field Assignment?
I did my field assignment in what is now Cargill Texturing Solutions (CTS) here in Minneapolis.
What do you like to do for fun/what are your hobbies?
I enjoy cooking, traveling, photography and listening to music.
Who is your role model, and why?
Nelson Mandela. More than anyone I know, he is an embodiment of dignity, courage, and personal empowerment. He is living proof that your happiness and purpose in life is not a function of the cruel things that may happen to you in this world, but rather how you choose to respond to them.
What do you see yourself doing at age 65?
Lots of philanthropic and volunteer work.
